This is the area where Statue Homes truly specializes and how we partner with most people. A joint venture partnership (JP) is exactly what it sounds like...a partnership where two parties bring different assets and skills to the table that complement each other!
These JVs can be structured in many ways; at Statue Homes we're looking for individuals or corporations who are looking to invest capital (cash, home equity lines of credit or RRSPs) into the real estate market.
